Integrative Arts Creations (IAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, advancing, and connecting individuals and communities through the transformative power of arts integration. Founded by Dr. Marcy Thurmond, IAC utilizes fine and performing arts as innovative teaching and learning tools to promote artistic, academic, social, emotional, and creative growth for learners of all ages.
At the heart of IAC's mission is the belief that the arts are not stand-alone subjects but powerful vehicles for teaching and reinforcing concepts across all curriculum areas. Through music, visual art, theatre, dance, creative writing, and other artistic disciplines, IAC equips educators, students, organizations, and communities with strategies that make learning more engaging, meaningful, and impactful.
