A native of Bluffton, Georgia, Dr. Taylor is an accomplished music educator, conductor, pastor, and arts advocate whose career spans higher education, K–12 education, ministry, military service, and community leadership. A graduate of Morris Brown College with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, he began his professional journey as an elementary music educator while simultaneously serving as a United States Marine Corps Reservist. Throughout his career, he has remained dedicated to helping individuals discover their musical gifts while developing discipline, confidence, leadership, and character through the arts.

Dr. Taylor currently serves as Choir Director at Morris Brown College, where he provides artistic leadership, vocal instruction, and mentorship to collegiate musicians and future educators. His passion for cultivating excellence in choral music, performance, and music education reflects IAC's commitment to inspiring artistic achievement while preparing individuals to become leaders within their schools, churches, professions, and communities.

His academic preparation includes a Master of Arts in Teaching from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling, a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary, and a Doctor of Music Education from Liberty University. This unique combination of educational, theological, and artistic scholarship allows him to approach leadership through a holistic lens that values intellectual growth, creative expression, servant leadership, and lifelong learning.

As Artistic & Choral Development Officer, Dr. Taylor provides leadership for IAC's music education initiatives, choral programming, artistic mentorship, performance development, and collaborative arts experiences. He works alongside educators, artists, faith leaders, and community partners to create programs that encourage creativity, cultural appreciation, artistic excellence, and meaningful community engagement.

A lifelong church musician since the age of sixteen, Dr. Taylor has faithfully served congregations throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area as a Minister of Music, worship leader, educator, and currently as Senior Pastor of CrossRoad Christian Church in Stockbridge, Georgia. His ability to bridge sacred and academic music creates meaningful opportunities for artistic growth, spiritual encouragement, and community connection.

In addition to his educational and ministerial service, Dr. Taylor is a proud veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army Reserve. His military experience has strengthened his commitment to integrity, discipline, collaboration, and servant leadership—qualities that continue to shape his work with students, educators, artists, and communities.

Through Integrative Arts Creations, Rev. Dr. Taylor remains dedicated to nurturing excellence, developing future artists and leaders, and demonstrating that music, education, faith, and service together have the power to transform lives and communities.
