Dolores Murph is a registered nurse, customer service educator, marketing professional, ministry leader, and Community Wellness & Engagement Officer for Integrative Arts Creations, Inc. (IAC). With a passion for serving others and strengthening communities, she is committed to advancing IAC's mission of empowering individuals through education, creativity, leadership, wellness, and meaningful community engagement. She believes that healthy, connected communities are built through compassionate leadership, authentic relationships, and opportunities that nurture the whole person.

With more than two decades of professional experience in healthcare, business development, customer service excellence, and ministry, Dolores has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations cultivate stronger relationships through effective communication, servant leadership, and compassionate care. Her unique blend of healthcare expertise and community leadership enables her to promote wellness as an essential component of personal growth, organizational excellence, and community transformation.

As Community Wellness & Engagement Officer, Dolores provides strategic leadership for initiatives that foster community partnerships, wellness education, volunteer engagement, customer and participant experiences, and outreach programs that strengthen individuals and families. She collaborates with educators, artists, healthcare professionals, faith-based organizations, and community leaders to create inclusive opportunities that promote creativity, lifelong learning, emotional well-being, and meaningful community connections.

Grounded in faith and guided by a heart for service, Dolores is passionate about creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to discover their purpose. She believes every person possesses unique gifts that, when nurtured through education, creativity, collaboration, and compassionate leadership, can positively impact families, neighborhoods, and communities.

As a devoted wife, mother of two, and community advocate, Dolores embodies the values of integrity, empathy, collaboration, and lifelong learning. Through her leadership at Integrative Arts Creations, she is committed to building healthy, vibrant communities where wellness, creativity, education, and service work together to inspire hope, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
