Dr. William "Bill" Hagans

LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Dr. William "Bill" Hagans is a distinguished educator, leadership strategist, arts advocate, motivational speaker, author, and mentor who serves as the Leadership & Organizational Development Officer for Integrative Arts Creations, Inc. (IAC). Passionate about cultivating leaders of character, creativity, and purpose, he is committed to advancing IAC's mission of empowering individuals and transforming communities through education, leadership, innovation, and the arts. His life's work centers on helping youth, educators, artists, entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals discover their gifts, maximize their potential, and become effective leaders and positive change agents within their communities.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Dr. Hagans earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma and a Doctorate in Human Resources and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University. His unique combination of artistic, educational, and organizational leadership experience enables him to bridge the worlds of education, workforce development, leadership, and the creative industries while equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed for sustainable growth and success.

Dr. Hagans began his professional career in the music industry as a musician and co-producer with the legendary House of Hits in Boston, Massachusetts, a production company recognized for helping launch the careers of New Edition and New Kids on the Block. Those experiences instilled in him the values of creativity, discipline, collaboration, perseverance, and excellence—principles that continue to shape his leadership philosophy and his commitment to developing the next generation of creative leaders.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Hagans has served in higher education and K–12 education, including leadership roles as an academic advisor at Tulsa Community College and Clayton State University and as an educator within Atlanta Public Schools. Whether working in classrooms, colleges, nonprofit organizations, or community settings, he has consistently inspired individuals to embrace lifelong learning, cultivate leadership capacity, and use their talents to make meaningful contributions to society.

As Leadership & Organizational Development Officer, Dr. Hagans provides strategic leadership for IAC's leadership development initiatives, organizational capacity building, mentoring programs, workforce readiness, and professional learning experiences. He works collaboratively with educators, artists, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop high-performing teams, and cultivate leadership that inspires innovation, collaboration, and community transformation.

As a dynamic speaker, mentor, leadership coach, and organizational development professional, Dr. Hagans believes that education and the arts are powerful vehicles for personal transformation, organizational excellence, and lifelong success. His message encourages individuals and organizations to dream boldly, lead courageously, embrace continuous growth, and recognize that creativity, character, collaboration, and commitment are the foundations of meaningful achievement and lasting impact.

A proud Army veteran and father of five, Dr. Hagans remains dedicated to enriching lives through education, leadership, mentorship, and service. Through his work with Integrative Arts Creations, he continues to inspire individuals and organizations to pursue excellence, strengthen communities, and go "Over the Top" in every area of life while creating opportunities that empower future generations.
